“My passion for cooking was born in my mother’s kitchen,” reflects Anthony Dixon, Executive Chef and Owner of Seasons Classic Catering Services. “It was where I first learned that food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to bring people together, to celebrate, and to create lasting memories.”
Those early moments at home sparked a deep love for the art of cooking and hospitality, which ultimately led Anthony to create Seasons Classic Catering in 2014. Rooted in tradition and driven by creativity, the business is a reflection of those same values he learned growing up: care, quality, and connection.
